Vendor Tables are available for vendors/sponsors that would like to promote or sell goods and services during RetroJAX weekend. Table prices will increase as we near March 2019, so please contact us as soon as possible regarding vendor table pricing.

Vendor Tables

Your best value in promoting your business, organization, or service at our event is to partner with RetroJAX Weekend as a sponsor. We have multiple sponsorship packages available to offer you a wide variety of options to promote your business, including social media "shares", exposure of your business to our show patrons, shared title sponsorship, and even "mentions" during our television media blitz. No Cost

In lieu of financial consideration, reciprocator sponsors will distribute RetroJAX advertising materials in place of business.
RetroJAX will display reciprocators business cards or flyers on flyer table during show hours.
RetroJAX will display reciprocators business card, flyer, or coupon in "swag bag" distributed to show VIP attendees.
RetroJAX will display reciprocators poster (provided by reciprocator sponsor) during show hours.

Round Three

Soda Popinski Sponsor

All the benefits included in Round One and Round Two, plus:
Up to four complimentary tables included. Additional tables available for $50.00 each.
Opportunity to display two full size banners on the show floor or in the main lobby.
Twice-monthly advertising via our social media channels. This will include a one-time press release at the time the partnership is formalized, plus two "promotes" per month for each month leading up to RetroJAX Weekend.
Four complimentary weekend show passes or two complimentary VIP packages.
Two additional event t-shirts (in addition to the two that are part of the VIP package).
Sponsor logo will be added to all flyers/printed materials printed AFTER partnership is finalized.

One complimentary vendor table included. Additional tables available for $50.00 each.
One time press release promoting your business through our social media channels and website.
Sponsor logo featured on website and on a special "thank you" banner that will be prominently displayed during the show.
RetroJAX will display reciprocators business cards or flyers on flyer table during show hours.
RetroJAX will display reciprocators business card, flyer, or coupon in "swag bag" distributed to show VIP attendees.
RetroJAX will display reciprocators poster (provided by reciprocator sponsor) during show hours.

Round Four

Don Flamenco Sponsor

All the benefits included in Round One, Round Two, and Round Three, plus:
Up to six complimentary tables included. Additional tables available for $50.00 each.
Opportunity to display four full size banners on the show floor or in the main lobby.
Weekly advertising via our social media channels. This will include a one-time press release at the time the partnership is formalized, plus one "promote" per week for each week leading up to RetroJAX Weekend.
Eight complimentary weekend show passes or four complimentary VIP packages.
Two additional event t-shirts (in addition to the four that are part of the VIP package).
Sponsor logo will be added to all flyers/printed materials printed AFTER partnership is finalized.
Sponsor will receive naming rights to an entire area of the show, to include the gaming floor, concession area, console area, or tournaments.

Monthly advertising via our social media channels. This will include a one-time press release at the time the partnership is formalized, plus one "promote" per month for each month leading up to RetroJAX Weekend.

All benefits included in previous rounds 1-4, plus:
Sponsor will be official "title" sponsor of RetroJAX Weekend.
All printed materials will be updated to include title sponsor logo and information (time permitting).
Title sponsor to be named prominently in all television/radio/web appearances involving RetroJAX leadership.
Dedicated title sponsor banner printed and displayed prominently at entrance to show.
Dedicated RetroJAX television commercials to prominently feature title sponsor through audio and visual announcement.
Additional sponsorship perks to be negotiated with show promoters, to include hotel accommodations, meals, etc. during the event.
